Participation with Alphabet/Αλφάβητο -2001, an artist's book printed by Panos Davias in Athens in 2001 in a limited edition of 500 signed and numbered by the artist. It is a double book, its two halves rotating around a central spine, fitted into an embossed slipcase. The development of the alphabet has been an ongoing transformation of the letter forms through mirroring, turning, fliping and rotating. This book amusingly replicates that process in a series of paper cut-out improvizations on the Greek and Latin alphabets. | |||
